Our Story

One pot fed a thousand travellers.

For centuries, the Silk Road carried more than silk and spice — it carried a habit of eating together. Merchants from Xi'an to the Gulf coast would gather around a single simmering pot at day's end, each adding what they carried, sharing the same broth and the same fire.

One Pot brings that ritual to Oman. Under the name Silk Road Catering LLC, we set a table where Sichuan hot pot, Japanese sashimi and open-fire skewers sit side by side — a menu shaped the way the trade route itself was shaped, city by city, flavour by flavour.

A journey
One Pot.

From the first spark of charcoal to the last spoon of broth, our kitchen follows a route older than borders — hot pot simmering at the centre of the table, sashimi cut to order, skewers finished over open flame. Every dish carries a piece of the road it travelled, brought together under one roof, in one pot, for you to share.
